We booked Top Cleaners for an end of tenancy clean. On receiving our check out report from the inventory clerks we were incredibly disappointed as the clean had not been anywhere near to the standards required. There were photos of big clumps of hair and dust on the floor, they'd left the fridge to smell, along with a number of other of issues that meant the landlord had to get cleaners back in, and as a result we lost a significant chunk of our deposit.

Top Cleaners have refused to provide any refund for this, and have provided appalling customer service.

As a busy working professional I brought in Top Cleaners to save me time and reduce the stress of moving, however in the end it has proven to be an incredibly stressful waste of time. Despite asking the manager to contact me several times either by phone or email, I've never had a response from them.

I unfortunately would definitely not recommend this cleaning company.

Used them for an end of tenancy clean. Did not turn up on the day they were supposed to. Denied all knowledge of booking. Came a few days later and I wasn't able to be there. To be fair kitchen cleaning was good but carpet cleaning was rubbish, didn't even look vacuumed. Worst of all they had tried to clean the lounge light switch and in the proceeds dribbled water down the wall and watermarked it. When I contacted them the woman I spoke to was rude and they denied having done it. I ended up being charged for the damage. It was very stressful and I would never recommend this company.

Last April (2013) I called them for a carpet cleaning and the service was very good and cheap.

Then in August I decided to contact them again for a "Spring Cleaning" I wanted a deep cleaning in my 2 bedrooms flat as I have a kid. They assured me the spring cleaning is like a end of tenancy professional cleaning, ie, they clean from bottom to top. They told me the service is guaranteed, so they will come again if I'm not satisfied (I was at work). In the end the service lasted 3 hours instead of the half day they talked about, the result was a regular cleaning like you can do if you spend your half Sunday and they did not touch at all the walls, the bathroom tiles, ie they didn't de-scaled and degreased, they did not do the freezer ... So I complained as I paid £230 and I asked them to come again and finish the job they said they will deliver ! I was completely stunned to hear the following answer: the service is not guaranteed as your nanny was there so they can't perform a good job and maybe she made the flat dirty after the team left. My nanny was in 20mn during their 3h work and remained 20 minutes after they left. Stay away of this company, they are unprofessional and dishonest !

Booked them to clean the sofa. Guy turn up on time and spend around 10 mins on his work. We did not notice any change to the sofa condition absolutely. Called with complaint and got 0 customer service in response. All for all £60 worst ever spent!

We were very impressed by the quality of the carpet & upholstery cleaning you carried out in our house. As promised the carpets were dry in no time, and they are looking a hundred times better.
