We had recently used a national 'competitor' just down the road for 2 bedroom carpets and were bitterly disappointed with the customer service we received from start to finish. Because of this we decided to look around for the carpet in our third bedroom and are so very delighted that we did. We were looked after from the moment we walked through the door until the final door tread was fitted. Staff were friendly and informative and made you feel valued as a customer. The fitting was excellent and great care was taken and all rubbish was removed (unlike the national company). We really were very impressed and will look to go back to order lounge and dining room carpets in the future. I would recommend Carpetwise to all my friends and family.

Just had some seriously soft saxony carpet fitted in our main bedroom. Getting out of bed is now a pleasure ! Thanks guys . Taking away the old stuff was appreciated too.

Our kitchen / diner extension needed wood effect flooring and Karndean proved to be the best option. We chose the Opus range and Carpetwise supplied and fitted our order on time and beautifully. The fitter arrived on Friday afternoon to screed the floor and returned on Saturday morning to install the tiles despite being harrassed by our two kids asking every question you could imagine. Fantastic end result. Well pleased as the wife now has the kitchen flooring she wanted. Great product and great service. Would recommend any time. Thx

We had a mixture of carpet and wood fitted last week and are so pleased with the end result. The guys in the showroom really knew their stuff when it came to product choice and on the site visit for measuring, pointed out a couple of things that needed sorting that we would never have dreamed of. Cleaned up beautifully at the end of the day and left everything spotless. Thank you so much for everything. Lots of people complain these days so it is only fair to redress the balance by saying ' another job well done ' .

Got a quote, which seemed reasonable. Had the property checked by their "expert" to ensure work could be done (laying laminate flooring) to desired standard (for disabled person to use wheelchair on). "expert" confirmed they could do work, would level floor using latex screed and the whole job completed in 5 days. On their first visit they forgot to close and seal doorways so everything in the house got covered in a thick layer of dust and debris. Next they moved some of our belongings outside (so they had room), again forgetting / failing to notice it was pouring with rain - ruined items ! Next instead of just moving our sons bed to the other side of the room - they upended it throwing everything on top on to a filthy (from their work) concrete floor - not even an apology. Had the manager round to discuss and point out that the screed seemed to have been placed on top of raised areas causing them to be even higher and we were concerned that the flooring would not lay flat. He did apologise and assured us they would re-do the screed and everything would be fitted correctly to a high standard. returned a few days later to find that on walking across the floor it bowed in the middle, that the middle of the lounge had been damaged - workman had dropped something hard, and hall way was a joke and a serious trip hazard for the disabled person who would be using it. Told workmen to leave and contacted manager again. He promised to discuss matters and come back to me - nothing for 2 weeks, then invoice for full amount (he'd previously stated they would discount re damaged possessions), further copy invoices followed. Then early on Sunday morning one of staff banged on door and handed me another copy invoice but this time with threats to pay up or else. Police called and incident reported. Whatever you do - do not do business with this company.
