The Absolute Worst!
Bed promised in 24 hours. Not received for over a week and only after hassling them several times until they finally delivered. They do not return phone calls as promised. Did not respond with any solutions until I sent them an e-mail threatening suit for fraud. Bed finally delivered - box completely broke, bed horribly scratched. Called them - cannot get a new bed for over 48 hours. Man claiming to be a supervisor was completely rude. When I asked to speak to the owner - he laughed and said 'you are not gonna speak to the owner'. We are now reporting to our credit card company. Stay away! We lost £150 and only got a broken bed. Don't lose your money too.

They sent me a very poor quality bed. When asked for a refund on the phone they said send us an email so they can ignore it. you can not get to speak to them on the phone and they don't repley to email. But yes I would recommend to a friend to keep well away.

Sub Standard Bed Frame, Non Existent Customer Service!
I bought a wooden bed frame from BedTrader, when it turned up the glue was all over the fixings and had to be scrubbed off before I could even start building the bed. As I began building the bed (ignoring the scratches on the frame) it became apparent that the holes in the headboard were drilled out of line by about 15mm! I rang BedTrader and said I want replacement parts sent out and explained half the bed had already been screwed and glued together! I had to wait a further 3 days for the parts to be delivered and the faulty parts to be taken away.
When unwrapping the replacement pieces I realised that this time crucial parts were now missing!
I rang BedTrader again and told them to pick up everything as I wanted my money back! Everything was picked up 3 days later (on a Monday) and I waited until the following Saturday for the refund to clear. It didn't, so I rang and asked what was happening, to be told the man dealing with finances was not in until Monday and would call back. Tuesday, after no phone call I rang again, this time demanding to speak to the manager. Apparently the man who answered the phone WAS the manager, so I explained that I had never received a bed that could be built and 8 days after returning everything I didn't get any calls and the refund still hasn't been paid. He lost his temper, began shouting at me and said the payment had gone through today but would take 3-5 days because the banks were slow. He would not accept it was his own companies inefficiencies resulting in the fact it took 8 days for them to refund the money and he had no answer for the lack of calls either. Do not buy from this company, they'll happily take your money and leave you with inferior products and all the chasing to do!!!

Bedtrader Good Prices But No Customer Service
They delivered the wrong colour headboard and after my presistant phone calls promised to do nothing to recitify their mistake. Classic example of why you still roll the dice when purchasing online. Short of driving up to Cleveland or pursuing through small claims court I'm left out of pocket with a two tone coloured bed. Bed also had a damaged end and packaging looked like mice had eaten it and the bed.

Was Really Worried About Buying A Mattress Online
Was really worried about buying a mattress online but a friend said to try bedtrader as she had bought one they suggested and loved it.
I am so glad I rang them. The man on the phone really knew his stuff and I took the mattress they suggested and it arrived the next day as they said it would and I saved £45 as well. Would definitely recomend them
