I had a boiler installed by them last year in May 2013 which cost me a fortune. The boiler was under 1 year warranty. However the boiler had already broken down in December and despite we have been trying to call / contact them, noone answered and they have not sent anyone over to fix the boiler for 4 weeks! we have been living in a house without heating/hot water for over 4 weeks. You should run away from this company as fast as you can!!

I am so angry with the service that I had from this company that I can barely bring myself to comment. All I can say is that if you need to have your system Power Flushed, don't use this company!!!

They won't do the job and they will charge you the full price regardless even though they tell you that they will only debit your account on completion of the work.

I have been in a battle with them to get my money back but so far it's failed. I will resind this review if they see fit to credit me for the money they have stollen from me.

They fitted my hob and the new gas pipe was installed too far away from the wall so I couldn't get my oven in. When I asked them to correct it they told me that is was gas safe so they were under no obligation to do anything about it. They want to charge me again (half the fee I originally paid) to send someone back to my property. And scheduling this has been a nightmare. They have now told me that would call me back 4 times and each time they haven't called. If a carpenter installed your kitchen incorrectly they wouldn't have breached any safety regulations, but surely they would have to come back to fix the problem otherwise you wouldn't pay them. The trouble here is that they already had my bank details and took the money from my account before I had a chance to inspect the work. Really not happy, and if BLC are an honorable company they will put this right.

The service I got from BLC was a Pat test for 20+ appliances. Affordable and professional service, the engineer was great and he had a great sense of humor also. Thanks for the service and no doubt should I need any property maintenance jobs, I will be contacting you guys.

Not long got my floor plan in the post, I am so pleased, thanks for the great service and quick responses. I decided to leave a review because its not often (not in my case) that you find a company so polite, responsive and professional, consistently! Amazing customer service and a brilliant admin team.

An EPC had run out on one of my properties and renewing it was vital, so I called BLC. They booked me in without any hassle at all and the engineer came 2 days later. The EPC took no longer than 20 minutes and that was the service complete. I picked up my certificate in the post this morning and that was that. No beating around the bush or hidden costs and no hassle, thank you for everything.

My floor plan in 3D looks incredible. Its accurate its neat and it's clear! I am confident I can present this to anyone I need to.

I was handled with great care and consideration, the person I spoke to on the phone was very patient and informative in detail. The engineer arrived, he knew my name and showed me his ID, he had a little chat with me whilst doing gas certificate and explaining the process at the same time. He made me feel comfortable, really good at his job, thanks a lot.
