What an awful company to buy from.

Advertised sinks in the Vellamo range in 5 different colours, we chose stone, a creamy white colour.

Left instruction for fitter to check it over for damage while we went away.

Shock horror when we returned - a nice sink but completely wrong colour called Beige, not a listed colour from the range - see pictures for difference.

TAP WAREHOUSE completley washed their hands saying manufacturer calls this colour Beige and yet they advertise and post photos on therI webpage of a cream colour, calling it stone.

DO NOT BUY FROM TAP WAREHOUSE ADVERTISING DIFFERENT PRODUCTTHAN DELIVERING

AWFUL company to deal with.

Bought a sink (Vellamo Quartz Granite) advertised as extremely tough and resilient to chips, scratches and staining. It isn't. At only 6 months old, the sink has multiple chips and scratches despite using a plastic bowl in the sink for added protection. It endlessly has white hazy stains within the material both in the sink and on the drainer. Expensive granite cleaner does not remove the staining either. Tapwarehouse will not even entertain this sink might even be faulty and to add insult to injury have offered a discount to buy another sink from them!!! Laughable. Will never use nor recommend them.

Even spoke with a sales representative who confirmed some usage instructions completely contrary to those from the manufacturer!!!

I Ordered between Christmas and New year a variety of items for new bathroom with delivery on their site advertised as 8-10th Jan.

On the 10th Jan I was emailed by them and told the towel radiator was now not available until the 10th Feb (and blamed the supplier, so took no responsibility for their products or service)

Also, they failed to mention the 4 items which were also now due /late.

No customer service on Saturday, even though they are an online business so pretty behind the times I would say in relation to customer care and experience. Not impressed. I wouldn't buy from them again.

First arranged delivery did not arrive by allocated time. No card was left. When I tried to track on line apparently "nobody was home to accept delivery", despite the fact that I was home all day. Tap Warehouse re-arranged delivery to arrive by 1 p.m. the following day. Surprise, surprise, delivery had been delayed when I checked. I cancelled the order and hold Tap Warehouse responsible for the delivery company they employ. Tap Warehouse lady was helpful but they need to uphold their promise of delivery of goods.

The worst customer service I have experienced. Refusal to help over the phone, and refusal to reply to emails . The whole experience has been awful. Never ever will I use them again.

I cannot thank this company enough for their extremely helpful and professional service. They went over and above what would be expected normally to find us exactly what we were looking for and nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. We are eternally grateful to [names removed] in persisting to accommodate our special requirements for a particular set and size of taps that we needed to finish the refurbishment of our bathroom.
