I dont normally write on websites like this but feel that i need to due to all the bad reviews that are on here!
I to had the salesman came round, thought of himself as a bit of a lad but generally a nice enough bloke, got straight down to business as you all said, showed me a folder with all the options in, choose what i wanted and wiin the hour i ha bought myself a new kitchen and handed over a £100 deposit!
Woke up the next mornng thinking, is this all to good to be true so started readng sme of the reviews and nstant panic set in so i phoned the company and spoke to a really nice lady who went through everything with me, and listened to all my worries and done her best to make me feel better. Come off the phone and just thought that i would stay a bit dubious and just hope for the best.
Anywho, had reasonable contact with the company over the phone, they then called on tuesday to confirm that i was stil ok for delivery on thursday and confirmed that everything i ordered was on the truck, they advised that the driver will call when around an hour away which he did and when he arrived he reconfirmed that everything i ordered was on the van, took it all out, went through everything with me so that i could check i off and was just generally really helpful! So i am now the very proud owner of a lovely new kitchen that i ordered for a quarter of the price i could have paid!
What i thin you need to remember is where the company get the kitchens from, and that due to this there is always the risk that things may be out of stock, also remember how much you paid, if you want to ensure everythign goes 150% according t plan then go to B&Q or wickes but you bviously pay the orice for this. Just be open minded when buying and dont be greedy and expect platnum service when your paying silly prices!!!!!

Kuchenworld
We started looking for a kitchen in March last year, after visiting lots of showrooms we still weren’t 100% on the design we found a company called “Kuchenworld” online. After we sent off the initial enquiry we received a call from a project manager. We had an in depth conversation over the phone about the things we were looking for, we then arranged a home consultation. The manager told us that it could take up to 4 hours however by the end we would be 100% satisfied with the design, I was a bit unconvinced and having already spent so much time with designers a bit fed up. Anyway the manager turned up at the arranged time and we went through the design, but when I say “went through the design” I was amazed at the detail, doors, handles, worktops, draws, everything. We went through every unit; he discussed how we wanted to use it, what kind of items we were going to put into it. The funny thing was we actually enjoyed it the manager was very pleasant showed us samples, and examples we could see the design on the computer and we really felt involved and the best thing was we were relaxed not having to sit still in a showroom and under pressure.
After 5 hours we finished the design, me and my wife were happy with what we had come up with, the manager told us to have a good think about the selections and would call us after a few days to discuss the design and the next stage. We got a call a week later and we arranged another meeting to finalise our selections. We were told that he would take care of everything and if we had any issues during the process to contact him direct at any time. We placed the order and agreed some dates for installation, we paid the deposit of 20% and were told that the balance would need to be paid after they had completed technical checks on the design and completed a site survey. We had the fitter come round with the manager they checked everything and then the manager came round one day and we went through all our selections again. The installation was booked for a Monday we got a call from him on the Tuesday before to let us know the kitchen would be delivered on the Friday, the kitchen turned up as agreed and the manager came himself to check off the items and make sure nothing was missing. The fitters turned up on the Monday with the manager and they started installation, he came around a few times during the installation and kept asking us if we were happy with everything. After the agreed 9 days he came over went through the kitchen with us checked every unit with us, he made sure everything was as we expected.
I know it probably sounds too good to be true, that’s what we thought but if you read the testimonials on the site you will see we were not just lucky. The kitchen quality is fantastic, you can’t go wrong with German quality, all the cabinets came built up with the doors already on, nothing was damaged or missing. Everyone we came into contact with was friendly nothing was ever a problem and they were always willing to give us advise on things like wall colours and flooring.
Like I said at the start “A breath of fresh air” this is our 3rd new house in the last 10 years and we haven’t come across any company that provided this level of service. I and my wife would recommend them to anyone who just wants a new kitchen without problems, pressure, mistakes, missing items, and broken promises.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!AS I FOUND OUT EVERY ONE OF THEM
I purchased this kitchen in June 2010 and took delivery in July the same year. When i started to fit the kitchen I discovered I was missing several doors and all the handles where missing. The units needed drilling to hang the doors on and some of the doors where damaged. The first of many phone calls began. At first the customer service staff where helpfull and assured me the damaged and missing doors and handles would be with me shortly, several weeks later and a lot more phone calls i still had not recieved any off the missing doors. The customer service staff began to become rude uncoopeartive rude hang up and a I dont care about your doors attitude.I sent countless e-mails made many more phone calls at my expense as they never return your calls suprise suprise. In September some doors did turn up but not them all the rest where on a slow boat from China or so I was told.December arrived still no doors and yet more phone calls I decided to take the matter in my own hands and found the same doors at B&Q I phoned the kitchen company and told them this and said i wanted a refund for the missing doors as they could not supply me with what i wanted .They offered me £200 pounds for my five missing doors which would cost me £350 pounds from B&Q JOKE BUT THEY WOULD NOT BUDGE.I got my doors from B&Q finished off my kitchen on the 23rd December then began chasing my cheque ha ha .Phone calls followed in January its on its way,Febuary,March I told them I would come and get it myself no Sir it will be with you soon April went by I went across the border in May to get it sorted I would not be beaten I got my money back much to there disgust waited till the cheque cleared then i wrote this .
DO NOT GIVE THIS COWBOY COMPANY ANY OFF YOUR MONEY THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU OR THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
We have just had exactly the same problem - any advice on what we should do? our kitchen fitters are here now and cannot finish the work off. what a mistake we have made.

I Have All Of My Doors Damaged, End Panels All Dam
I have all of my doors damaged, end panels all damaged, wrong handles, missing doors, missing drawer fronts. Kitchen delivered 4th Feb 2011. Still no joy. Email me at [email protected] because I want to do something about this company, but need help. They are consistently ripping people off under the guise of so many different names. Trading standards aren't bothered, the police have raided them, they've been on Watchdog and still nothing is being done. If every single person who has been ripped off by this company contacts me, we can make huge waves against this firm.

I still haven't got my doors I have rang them every week it takes at least three times to get through to speak to someone I have been tolde lies, first of all they were stuck in customs then they were having problems with the supplier in China then they had lost the supplier but were getting a new one. The week before christmas I had a phone call to say I would get them first week in January I am still waiting when I rang they said they were still out of stock. I have emailed the owner but he has not had the decency to reply. So to anyone thinking of buying a kitchen from them DONT save up and buy a decent one from a decent firm.

I Bought A Birch Kitchen Form This Company In Augu
I bought a birch Kitchen form this company in August 2010. I found the company in the internet and foolishly did not read the reviews first.
Bells started to ring when the designer said that they only accepted cash or bankers draft on delivery, in hindsight, I should have taken heed to that gut reaction.
The kitchen arrived in good time, as promised. The initial customer service was good and didn't lead me to think it would end up being as distressing as it was. I started putting it together that weekend and started to discover the shoddy workmanship and countless missing items. It is a shame that the finish was so very bad as the cabinets were in fact solid block wood with veneer all over however the veneer was substandard in places and the manufacturing was very squewiff. My brother who is a builder, had to square a lot of it off, drill new holes, cut down cabinets which the wrong size, fashion new doors out of wrong doors etcetc. He said it was the hardest kitchen he ever had to fit.
The customer service is appalling at this company. When I discovered the missing items and realise it was so badly made, I decided to look at reviews and realised was an enormous mistake I had made. I cannot tell you how much my heart fell through the floor. I am a pretty strong minded person but this pretty much broke me! I had to call countless times to this company to get stuff sorted out, the chance of actually getting through was maybe only 1 in 10 calls and when you did get through, everything was paper based so took ages, or they couldn't find the details so said they would call back, but that only happened a couple of times. There was one nice lady who did try and help called Lesley but I don't think she could do much about the cruddy company and the way it worked. Many of the customer service people there could certainly do with a personality transplant to make them more empathetic and pleasant to talk to! I did write an email to the company initially; however it was hilarious when I received a call over a month later regarding the email, when I had already had countless conversations with a myriad of people there to get as much sorted out as possible. When I questioned her why it had taken so long to get looked at I was told there was only one of her and computer between the whole office. I said I didn't give a monkies about her situation and she then told me she didn't give a monkies about my kitchen and put the phone down on me!
I had to purchase larder baskets myself from eBay, I never received any money back for the ones they were supposed to supply me, there were various small bits I never got, and I have just given up now. I simply can't stomach speaking to them ever again. My housemate actually was worried for my mental health after all that I went through with this company so please please please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY TO SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS AND GET YOURSELF A DREAM KITCHEN WITHOUT THE TAINT OF UNHAPPINESS!!!!
