Fantastic Service From Start To Finish!
I've just had quartz worktops fitted by this company and it has been a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the office staff on the phone to the fitters on the day, they have been knowledgeable, reliable, hardworking, honest and trustworthy and the end result was just fantastic. They are very competitive on price and was by far the best customer experience I had from all the companies which I had contacted. I will certainly use this company again and recommend them to others.

Just had new worktops fitted by these guys . I have had absolutely no problems from the beginning of the process to the actual fitting . The office staff were friendly , knowledgeable and very helpful .
The fitting guys were really good and took pride in their work .

Competitive, Professional & Approachable!
I was thoroughly impressed with dealing with Granite 4 Less and found them to be competitive with their pricing, extremely professional by answering all my concerns and providing sensible solutions and always approachable, allowing me to contact them out of hours when required.
They also organised for their fitters to drive from Manchester at 4:00am to start work at 7:30am in London on a Sunday at no extra cost.
I would highly recommend this friendly family firm and will certainly use and recommend them to anyone who is looking to use their services!

Thrilled To Bits With My Lovely Worktops
Brilliant service from start to finish. Great communication, great price with no compromise on quality. Even my builder commented on what a lovely job the fitters had done. My quartz worktops finish off the kitchen perfectly and I’m so glad I went with Granite4less! Would recommend to anyone!

Excellent Customer Service And Fantastic Granite
From the enquiry stage right through to completion, the company has been fantastic with their customer service. There when I needed them and nothing was too much hassle particularly for the female member of staff (not allowed to mention names……). My only disappointment with the whole process was on the day of installation when the stonemasons should have been on site for 8am – 10am and didn’t arrive until 11.45am and I wasn’t informed of any delays. I had to call to see where they were. It did have a knock on effect with my afternoon plans which I had to cancel but other than that everything was fine. Once on site, the Stonemasons were professional, courteous, clean and tidy and did not leave site until they were satisfied that we were happy. Overall great experience and would not hesitate using them again or recommending them.

Kitchen Tap
The Tap that came with the kitchen suddenly started leaking after working for 4 years. I emailed Granite4less and got an immediate response that they would sort. They asked for a picture which I sent and the person I dealt with at Granite4Less contacted the tap supplier who agreed to replace immediately. Very impressed with the customer care and responsiveness. Kitchen worktop is as good today as when installed. Recommended.

Granite Worktops Fitted In Swindon
Great prices and product, can't believe some of the negative reviews given. Granite is a natural product imported, G4less can only provide what they can get hold of, so if its in the country then it will be fitted, if its not then you have to wait. Good communication from MD (why can't we say names?) the fitters very professional, about 90 minutes for templates and 4 hours to fit, from ordering to completion about 4 weeks, and over a £1000 cheaper than my other quotes, and included sink and taps. Very pleased I used these guy's, will recommend to friends.

Clean Work, Fast, 30% Less From Lowest Quote (3 Others)
It was a clean with no defects seen after 5 days and swift installation ( no cleaning in the house afterwards ). They did all the work at my home with no template. The owner was very nice, experienced and patiently explained to me witch is witch for selecting the worktop in the long run (cleaning and maintenance) and I opt out for quartz. Very nice experience and i will use them again and recommend.

The Owner Is The Rudest, Most Incompetent Business
The owner is the rudest, most incompetent business person with absolutely no idea of how to run and business, how to talk to customers or what the customer experience should be.
Early on in the process, although sadly after I'd paid my deposit, I felt the owner just "wasn't right" and boy oh boy was I proved right! He talks far too much and constantly tells you 'what good people they are', at which point I started to think... hmmmm.... why does he keep saying he's a good person... maybe he isn't. Then I knew I was in trouble.
Two days before installation we were told that the stone we thought we were buying wasn't available. I was sent on a long drive to select a new stone. This was hugely disappointing and stressful as we'd spent weeks testing the white quartz we wanted for stains. We were also forced to pay an additional £400 for the new stone!
I would never ever recommend this business to anyone. Hated dealing with them!!
You were shockingly rude to be on a number of occasions. I concluded to myself that you were a very volatile individual and the best approach was to play it smoothly. I had a deadline to meet and was afraid that if I was Nice you’d effectively throw your toys out of the pram. You were helpful with the sink but the rest of what you’ve written is completely dishonest. You never sent me a sample of the Compaq - I had that from a local Chiswick supplier and I didn’t want it - it wasn’t as good and was more expensive. You failed to deliver what you’d promised, what we had agreed, then suggested a London supplier to supply the Compaq to me on your behalf. I had to agree and pay you an additional £350!!! Your utter nonsense about the splash back is your own incompetence and mistake, you tried and failed to get me to agree to pay for something I never signed for or asked for. My advice to you would be this. Take a look at the common themes in the comments you’re receiving from your customers and think hard about how you might change your approach. If you fail to do that then I think this will ultimely result in you closing up yet another failed business (your track record is appalling). Sorry - butplease do t pretend to be ‘nice guy’. Even the London supplier told me you were deeply unpleasant and slightly mad.

Granite4less sent samples.
She said she had tested many white samples with turmeric, The two that past her test was ours and Compac.
The price of our unbranded quartz was lower than her compac quote from another company, So she placed her deposit with ourselves.
During the process we helped her when she was stuck trying to buy a sink, We arranged the sink at trade Cost price and even arranged the Direct delivery to her from the suppliers.
We were also asked to pull the install date forward 1 week which we did.
Yes there was a problem when we ordered her material, The suppliers informed us that the last 6 slabs they had were defective therefore i rang and informed her straight away.
I understand it's not the call a customer wants, However we acted quickly & efficiently to provide an alternative to keep within the installation date.
We informed her of the issues with the material and explained the next container was not due in for 2 weeks.
She said she could not wait that long so I had a solution. One of my suppliers in London had compac white in stock.
She asked Granite4less if she could view the quartz slab, So I gave her the address and arranged for her to do so.
Travelling time 20-30 mins and distance 13 miles which she knew before she set off.
As mentioned before she had previously tested Compac quartz and was happy with it, therefore she agreed to go ahead with the installation and purchase of her Quartz worktops.
Compac is a well known branded quartz which obviously leads it to be more expensive than the unbranded quartz that we sell.
There is a big price difference, However we wanted to try our best to accomodate her needs. This included upstand which weren't previously quoted for.
In the end we charged an extra £350 this included the branded quartz material and upstands which were added on, this actually left us not making any profit at all.
On completion she paid all of her outstanding balance & thanked us for our help along the way.
We have never to date received an email where she expresses any grievances she may have felt.
As in all business' there are unforseen circumstances, and we are truly sorry there happened to be on on your job, But to of installed two defective slabs would have been totally incompetant of Granite4less and find that we acted in an efficient and professional manner.
I find how you try to malign me with claims I am incompetant and rude malicious.
We never forced you to drive anywhere, you elected yourself as you wanted to view the material.
I am trying to understand the problem,
We supplied and fitted within a reasonable time, for a reasonable cost and at a reasonable standard which is fit for purpose and all complies with the consumer rights act 2015.

Star Galaxy Kitchen Worktop Installation
When I recently planned the refurbishment of my kitchen through one of the national chains, I found that some items were better sourced independently of the company (in my case cabinet handles and granite work tops).I found graniteforless.co.uk on the internet. The website looked professional with plenty of information. I did notice that reviews were either 5* or 1*, perhaps 60/40, but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and I'm glad I did. The whole process from ordering to installation was pretty seamless. The company states that they operate throughout GB and it appears that while some installers are sub-contracted and some are employed by GFL, some are possibly better than others. The installers that did my worktops undertook a template and were able to accommodate my requests at that point. The end result has been a very beautiful worktop in Black Star Galaxy granite, with upstands and a splash-back. There have been no hiccups or surprises. GFL has been courteous, professional and helpful throughout and considerably cheaper than the competition. I am very pleased with the end result, which looks outstanding and I have no hesitation in recommending GFL.
