1200 Motiv Basin Unit. Do Not Trust Guarantee!!!

Purchased 1200mm Motiv basin unit along with other bathroom furniture.

The Motiv unit is the one that I have a problem with as it hasn’t lasted

Aquabliss now sell this unit with a 15 year guarantee.

Well if you believe that you would believe anything!!!

The drawer units are not sealed around the edges so if there is any spillages or anything that’s the end of it.

The water gets into the mdf which then swells.

After that the laminate on unit cracks.

Unit doesn’t look very nice once this happens!

Spoke to customer services about it and sent emails, at first things looked positive and they were going to look into it for me.

I had to chase a couple of times as they said they was waiting for a response from manufacturers.

It then took over 3 weeks to get manufactures response and they said it was impact damage.

It’s clear from the photos it’s not impact damage!

Spoke to customer service again as I wasn’t happy with response and they fobbed me off with manufacturers details that were incorrect just to give me the the run around I think.

Then spoke to them again and they didn’t want to know!!!

Be warned that their customer service is extremely poor if you have any problems!

I certainly wouldn’t use them or recommend them to anyone now which is a shame as we was really happy with how our bathroom looked when it was new!!!

Appauling Service! Do Not Use Aquabliss

DO NOT USE AQUABLISS!

I ordered a double basin unit, this arrive damaged on 3 corners. Upon phoning the company to arrange a refund/return they refused.

Now I have to pay an additional £38 ontop of the £385 I paid for the basin as the sink had to be shipped in from another company so I somehow have incurred these costs!?

After ignoring the ridiculous proposal, I have had debt collectors phoning me!

I had a good experience with aquabliss. Wetbtoom panels ordered initially then followed up a week later with furniture order. Goods perfect and arrived when requested. Excellent finish to my refurbished bathroom

Aquabliss Terrible Service - If You Use Them You Will Regret

Well, unfortunately I have fallen foul of my rule - always check the reviews first! On the 19th May I ordered a LED illuminated, heated bathroom mirror. The company boasts a quick delivery from receipt of the order (3 days or so). We were going through quite a busy time, having a new en suite stripped out and fitted, so I didn’t realise how long the mirror was taking until everything else had been finished. So a couple of weeks later I chased this up with Aquabliss, who sounded genuinely surprised that it had not yet been delivered. The lady said that she would reorder it and gave me a date for the new delivery (3rd June).

Arrangements were made to stay in awaiting the delivery, which never happened. I rang the next morning to discover that apparently there was a damage report on the item during delivery. They apologised for not communicating this to me. Yes, reading other reviews, you can see that this is somewhat of a common theme with Aquabliss. So a new date was given to me for delivery (today - 7th June). By midday when I’d heard nothing I rang the company asking for tracking information. They (likely to all use a pseudonyms) said I would receive an email shortly with tracking information. After receiving nothing, at 3:50pm I rang again, only to discover that (guess what) a damage report had been filed and again an apology for not letting me know.. At this point I lost my sense of humour and asked for a refund to be processed, as I had lost all faith in Aquabliss to either communicate effectively and truthfully or to deliver the goods purchased.

I then immediately received an email from them confirming that a refund would indeed be processed. Having read the reviews in relation to slow refunds, I have given them 24hrs to credit my PayPal account, as to be honest, I just want my money back so I can buy a mirror - preferably one that actually exists...

(12th June) Well it’s a few days on and I suppose as expected - no refund or further communication from Aquabliss. More bad reviews appearing daily. PayPal, Trading Standards Darlington etc informed.

15th June - still no refund. Interesting if you check the registered business address for Aquabliss LTD, In Companies House it states "Diesel House Next To Unit 1, Faverdale Industrial Est, (Behind 4motion), Darlington, Co. Durham, England, DL3 0PP" There is no Diesel House listed in that Ind Est and if you check the satellite picture, it must be a shed in a field, behind an indoor skate park!

Ordered shower tray and screen last Wednesday evening. Paid for overnight delivery as I needed the items for Friday. Got a delivery slot text to me Friday morning between 10.59 and 12.59, by 3.00 pm no sign of my delivery. Contacted courier to be told I would not be receiving my order. Arranged to collect it myself from the depot. Found that the shower tray was correct but the screen was the wrong one sent by aquabliss. Called aquabliss Monday morning and was told someone get back to me. Called back at 1.00 pm as no one got back to me told again someone would get back to me.

Called back at 2.00 pm as still no one got back to me. Aquabliss finally admitted they had sent out the wrong screen and that a replacement would be delivered to me on Friday, so not exactly overnight. Told them it was not acceptable. Turned out their supplier was in Maidstone, Kent. As I'm based in Essex, I arranged to collect the replacement. So, after £30 diesel and a 4 1/2 hour drive I finally had my order which was completely messed up by aquabliss. All they have said is that they will refund the overnight charge, but that has yet to be confirmed and it hasn't happened to date. I have called them every day since and asked for the manager, who is never available, or the operations director, who doesn't take incoming calls. Their customer service is none existent. I won't be ordering anything from them again. They never came back to me, I won't be going back to them!

Very Poor Service

I ordered a vanity unit on 1/1/19 it was out of stock but expected delivery in 2 weeks. 8 Phone calls later and each time promised it will be 2 more weeks....cancelled order 2/4/19. Had my money 3 months. 3 days later and still haven't had a refund.

First class from initial ordering to delivery. Items purchased have still to be installed but look to be of excellent quality. I tend not to recommend companies to others but, in this instance, I have no hesitation in doing so.

If only my plumber was as honest as this company and efficient.

Ordered a tray from this company, received within the time stated which was great. Checked it over with the driver and ensured it was OK.

A couple of weeks later my fitter finally turned up, a week later than planned. 2 days into the job the tray is broken in half... Must have been delivered like that he said... Absolute nonsense. Phoned Aquabliss and explained the situation and that I was out of pocket due to the lying cowboy I'd hired to fit my bathroom. Aquabliss delivered me a tray the following day despite me phoning at 4pm and they even knocked a little off the price as they were sympathetic to my situation. They didn't have to do this for me and I greatly appreciate it hence the review.
