Mortons = Brilliant!
We had Morton Windows & Conservatories do some extensive work to our 1930's property. We had the kitchen knocked through to the dining room, the ceilings raised to the existing extension that previously could not be used comfortably with the addition of a half tiled and half glass roof that is AMAZING! We were so pleased with the work we got them to put in our wet room too with the addition of a velux roof window! All the tradesman were polite, smart and tidy, the customer service back up from the office side was just as good. We are extremely pleased with the re-worked space to our home and want to thank Morton for a job very well done. We would highly recommend this Company!

After Sales Service Is Not Good
We were initially pleased with our conservatory, but we have had problems since. Morton are not eager to come out to fix these things in a timely way. The expensive fold back door has been problematic, it has broken at least three times. Last summer we could not open the door and were unable to access the garden by usual route while Morton took their time fixing it. Recently the inside of one of the roof windows shattered and showered pieces of glass everywhere. Apparently this is not 'unusual' and is not covered under the guarantee. Again a wait to have it repaired during which pieces of glass were falling from it. Mortons pride themselves on quality but this is not what they have delivered to us.

Great Company And Very Happy
I have been using Mortons for 3 years now and have used them for 3 projects over the years. They have been expert in all cases and i have enjoyed using them. I have also been very happy with the overall service i got. They have non pressure and give me a very understanding layout of what i am paying for. There salesmen and workmen are very friendly and the office staff are very kind and helpful. I don't understand the negative review are we using the same company???

Do Not Use
Contracts mean nothing to this company. Their salesment will say anything just to get you to sign the contract. Do not believe the quote supplied, they are unable to supply what they quote for. They might fit the right number of windows and doors, but what you have fitted may not bear any resemblance to what you ordered. They will admit their mistake and still expect you to pay.
Hi, We are very happy with our Conservatory and Garden room but had to report a problem with a noticable draught and with ceiling lights back in October 16. We are still waiting for these problems to be addresses six months later ... We have a company waiting to come in and fit a TV console to the wall where the draught is plus other work they will do elsewhere at the same time. We have to keep putting them off because YOUR company won't finish your job. Please get your finger out !!!
My name is Mark Alden I own Mortons this lady has posted bad review on most sites I have gave her a full refund and we can't please everyone even thou I tried hard offering a 50% discount but she wanted compensation as well yes we supplied the wrong window a new salesman had shown her a old sample which we discontinued as we deemed it not as good as we currently use we installed the latest products but she wanted the old one the difference was minimal it was in how the manufactorer promoted it hence we offered her to order else where and we would collect our windows when the new ones get fitted
As a company we try our best at all times to ensure customers are happy but sometimes on a odd occation it just go wrong we are human and I'd like to think we are judged on how well we put it right we are a family business that's been around for over 25 years and our designers have been with us for nearly as long
