Having attempted to adjust my front door myself and ending up with a DIY disaster with it hanging off its hinges and unable to close it, I called Imperial Windows and sent them photos of the door. They immediately came out and managed to get my door closed so at least my house was secure. They then arrange for two fitters to come out on the same day to repair the door! Fantastic customer service, great workmanship …. Highly recommend !

I always feel we should take reviews with a pinch of salt as I’ve always thought you are more likely to go out of your way to write a bad review instead of a good one. Looking at the bad reviews about this company saddens me as I’ve got nothing but good things to say about Imperial. The work they carried out to our home was superb with great customer service, i have nothing but great things to say about them and so do others who I have recommended them to. The salesmen were very helpful and informative from start to finish and we are very pleased with our new windows and front door. I would never hesitate to recommend them to family and friends.

The process of getting my windows and a new door fitted was absolutely brilliant. I accepted the quote and within a few weeks they were fitted. The initial sale and then installation has been brilliant. Agent fitted our windows and a front door within a couple of days, he was efficient and friendly. There was no mess left behind either, I can’t thank you enough, I highly recommend imperial and will recommend you to family and friends. Thank you

I chose Imperial Windows as I had received a good service 6 years ago for replacement of a window.

Unfortunately on a bigger job though their sales and survey service were good they failed to mention the quality of the safety restrictors they had suggested installing were of poor. Having noted issues with these and asked for a review I have spent 3 months chasing them to have an appointment arrangement with no mention of call out fee but then a follow up call from the owner who has not only shouted at me down the phone but spoken to me very rudely.

He stated that is just how the windows are and the restrictors are of poor quality. They do not need to see them to tell me this and if I insisted on it they would charge me a call out fee!

I would not recommend this company to anyone again. They are very keen and quick at taking your money but have a terrible after care service. After 3 months of trying to resolve this directly in hope of supporting a positive review I cannot.

This review was responded to with a request for feedback to investigate. Unfortunately this has been a waste of time. It is clear they have breeches the Consumer Rights act by not responding to concerns about the quality of the product and not being willing to review the concerns without threatening to charge for a call out.

They have also breeches their own T&Cs where it states clearly they will cover the hardware for a year. They won’t even review the hardware without charging for that courtesy.

Their service has been flagged with trading standards. Unfortunately I have no faith that pursing the matter with them

Will result in a honest review of my concerns about the work and they will charge me for no service at all. I feel quite threatened by his tone and behaviour and wouldn’t feel comfortable in his presence. He has no worth ethic, principles or moral code. I wish I had read all the negative reviews which resonate the same behaviour pattern.

Absolute worst company. Worst customer service. Multiple issues since windows have been fitted including broken springs (so the window opens itself), broken vents (indoor and outdoor side) and awful customer service.

This company fitted new Fascias and gutters to my property in the middle of May 2021. After a few days,a bit of the Fascia fell off, and a week or so later after the first downpour, all the gutter joins are leaking, one of them quite profusely. Despite numerous phone calls, especially with a couple of their sales staff, one who have absolutely NO customers service skills, and NO telephone manners, and the other one is full of promises!! All they say is we'll sort it out and get back to you - They DON'T!! 9 weeks later a fitter turned up, stuck the piece of Fascia back on, shoddy work, and refused to sort the gutters out, saying that he's not responsible for fixing it as he's not working for Imperial Windows anymore. I have not heard from them since. In the meantime, the gutters continues to leak. This is a local company with many local customers and they should be thoroughly ashamed of themselves!!!

This review refers to Imperial Windows in Bagshot Road, West End, Surrey who should be more fittingly called inferior windows. They certainly cannot fit windows. Their workmanship is shoddy and inferior. We were lured by the promise of a long Warrantee and superior product. They had overlooked the application of silicone around a large window (yes, schoolboy error). This was causing significant draft and heat loss. When asked to return and rectify the mistake they wanted £100 for the call out. We reluctantly agreed and after they gave us the run around for six months (with a string of calls and email exchanges) they failed to return. Their Warrantee is worthless, they are rule and obnoxious. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Unprofessional and rude, the man is a real treat and honestly shouldn't speak to customers.

Worst combo any ever !

UNPROFESSIONAL TEAM, POOR QUALITY OF PRODUCT AND POOR VALUE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICES

Bought a front door and a pair of windows from the company. They managed to supply the matching (expected) windows with different external profile. After a lengthy chasing, the owner said I should report to him within 7 days of delivery. What was your responsibility after receiving them from the manufactory and after receiving the full amount of money from your client? Those windows were supplied differently to what were ordered. They have been an eyesore at the front entrance over the past years.

The double-glazing units of both windows are now degrading and leaking something yellowish. What are the guarantees for the windows/door that you supplied? I haven't received a reply from you despite my multiple emails and phone calls. Well, from my previous experience in dealing with your company, I am not too surprised.

I have given you far many opportunities to put things right before leaving this 1* review, which you truly deserve.
