Just Completed Our Beautiful B Spoke Orangery
We would like to thank Homecare for a great job , done in a timely fashion , a Traditional Orangery that most double glazing Companies did not offer , insulated Flat roof & Contemporary Glass lantern & decorative brickwork & very competitive price ❤️❤️We would highly recommend this company our Orangery is stunning, thanks HomeCare

Poor, Poor, Poor!!!!!!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! ABSOLUTE POOR SERVICE AND WILL NOT COME BACK TO PUT RIGHT THEIR MISTAKES!!!! THEY USE SUBCONTRACTORS TO CARRY OUT THE WORK AND ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED!!! WE HAVE A LEAKING ROOF ON OUR ORANGERY AND HAVE TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO CONTACT THEM AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE COMPANY WILL NOT EVEN REPLY TO US - MAYBE HIDING IN SHAME!!!!!
Ha Ha Ha!!!! over 600 Thousand installations in 13 years of trading you say????? That is over 3856 per month.....WOW!!!! Thought you may have got it right by now!!!! We are still waiting for a call back to fix the issues with the framework, called your office and sent numerous emails with pictures and videos!!!! Do you want me to post photos on here now or will you sort it out???? YOUR CALL!!!!

Underground Drain Issues
Disappointing that the soonest the Homecare builder can return to fix the underground waste pipe that had been installed incorrectly is 8 weeks from being informed of a problem. The issue was only found after having a toilet drain block. A camera was inserted and found issues with the construction.
Homecare was advised and after receiving the report, which included photographs, took a number of weeks to respond. The directors have subsequently declined to reimburse the cost of £1800 for the emergency call out on the basis that they were not given the opportunity to respond to the problem. Having stated that their builder is not yet available at this moment their response time for an emergency leaves a lot to be desired, and their reluctance to reimburse does not give a sense of comfort in their warranties or guarantees.

Agreed A Price. They Hiked It By 3 Grand After Agreement
Hopeing to have a conservatory built by this firm, we had additional items added to an agreed price. To be fair they gave us the underfloor heating, as this was missed off of the second quote. We agreed on a final quote. I asked they to resend the final quote, only to find they hiked the price slightly,they tried to explain why, but the figures just didn't add up to ours. No transparency really which we where uneasy about. We didn't want to get to the end of the build, to find they have added more cost to the bill. We just wanted a fixed figure!
We then asked also about that all work would be guaranteed and receipts given at each stage of the build, as they are using sub contractors.
I then get a call from the boss/ director of the company called me, and he said he has taken another look at the figures and job, and said that he was adding another £3288 to the work sheet!. His only defence was that he wasn't making any money out of the job, so decided to add the amount! I said 'You keep moving the goal posts', and that's not true. My adive is STAY WELL CLEAR OF HOMECARE GROUP!!!. They are a shambles of a company.I, the rep and certain people in the office went so far in nagotiations its unreal. I feel sorry for these guys.

Don't Go With Them, The Worst Mistake We Made!!!
Had a conservatory built summer 2017. The worst experience ever from start to finish. The worst problem was level of builder expertise, basic mistakes, cutting corners, not keeping to timelines etc... All of the builders plumbing, electrics, fitting etc. had to come in at least twice to finish the work somehow properly. Arrogant, unpleasant attitudes, very poor basic mistakes. There was leaky roof, dampness, very poor finishing. And now 1 year later the conservatory is subsiding. A massive crack externally, plasterboard is ripping apart in three corners, floor tiles are breaking. 2 months into contacting them, still waiting for surveyor to come and assess the situation. In other words, DON'T GO WITH THEM, THE WORST MISTAKE WE MADE!!! Can't give 0 stars, unfortunately.

Poor After Sales
Company built an orangery for us July 2017. Poor scheduling of sub contractors, didn't take rubbish away, sliding doors installed were unable to close and lock, caused leak to plumbing. Don't rely on trade associations (Trustmark) to help resolve problems as they seem unaware of the scheme is meant to operate and have no complaints procedure. Directors are very pleasant whilst courting a sale but after you have paid don't care. Rude, overpriced and over-rated.

Homecare Conservatory
May 2015 Conservatory completed;
Overall happy with the construction, although groundwork and wall construction costs were higher than expected as non-local trades were used. The plastering and electrical work was not as good as we would expect, there are cold spots in the underfloor heating and we were billed for a skip we ordered and paid for.
Over the following year we have had to have a Homecare engineer/rep back due to bi-fold door runners warping and sticking, floor tiles that came away from wall, and floor not level. They would only visit if there was already a rep in the area and this often meant weekend disruptions.
Our major dissatisfaction is the claim of self-cleaning windows; they don’t . Within the first two months we complained to the company without success, wrote to the MD and were “fobbed off” and nearly two years down the line, having to power clean the roof on a regular basis, the roof is grubby and dirtiest where the strut cross the roof; Homecare's response is "contact the glass manufacturer"! We bought the goods from Homecare Group and they are responsible for all aspects of the build.

Paid this company to install a concrete drive way. Work was of pathetic quality: huge cracks in the drive way, uneven surface leaving puddles, concrete splashes on the brick work of the house - which they were supposed to clean but didn't, crumbling concrete in places, they even left a footprint in the concrete where the worker stood!! They deserve no stars. There will tell you about a 20 year guarantee but there is no written proof of this in any of their receipts or brochures, so you cannot go back to them if you have any problems. They will lie and say anything to get your money.
