I Ordered a Offset Quadrant Easy Plumb Stone Resin Tray from Bathrooms.com, we discovered that it was missing half the riser kit. I called as soon as we were aware. We didn't receive a call back. To avoid delaying the bathroom installation and having to pay for fitters not working plus another 2 nights in a hotel we had to go out an buy a different shower tray. Bathroom.com would not entertain collecting the item to be returned, instead I would have to return the items at my own expense of more than the item originally cost . They site all sorts of conditions on their site and use that as their armour. Forcing the customers to more unnecessary expense and delays for goods that ARE faulty, with missing fitments they are not fit for purpose. In my opinion this is shocking customer service, and yet another company who is happy to take your money, not so happy to give it back when they make a mistake and can't be reasoned with. I certainly won't be shopping with bathrooms.com again.

Needed a new bathroom suite, excellent, friendly, helpful they phone me back because I ordered too waste kits for the bath and refunded my account. No end panels in stock,again phone me when they had them and sent it out next day free.10 out of 10.

We were delayed by 4 weeks in installing our new toilet. When we tried we found that it would not fit properly so I phoned Bathrooms.com to exchange knowing that we were just outside the return time. The customer services staff were so helpful. They arranged to exchange and collect the old toilet and deliver the new one after we had returned from a 2 week holiday. I have not come across another company who would be so flexible. I would gladly recommend Bathrooms.com to anyone who wants excellent personal service.

I ordered a very reasonably priced bathroom cabinet which was delivered the next day, but unfortunately the cabinet had been damaged in transit.

I contacted the company who were very helpful and send a replacement cabinet without any quibbling.

Our free standing tap sings a high pitch note that can be heard all around the house. I've sent in a video and it can be heard. The video shows clearly what and where its happening. I have described it further using plain English. Its a simple thing, it plays a note when the water runs. It's difficult to hear with the water splashing. Some incompetent person (Jodie) will not continue the investigation without me sending a video without water noise. No water means turned off and you obviously cannot hear it. Why is she being so difficult? She's been sending me round the bend with her unreasonable requests. It's like she's wiping her hands of my situation and hiding behind a pathetic excuse.

We've placed three orders with bathrooms.com and all have been great! One of these was a new bathroom suite which I am now enjoying and feeling very lavish ;). Great customer service from all the staff! I've already recommended to friends and family! Keep up the good work!!!

We bought a number of items from Bathrooms.com, we had not used their service before. We mistakenly thought the bath was scratched. Bathrooms.com responded immediately and arranged a replacement without fuss. We again thought there was a scratch. Bathrooms.com responded immediately and arranged further checks. They then arranged a third delivery the next day. Following these checks we realised that the bath had a film protective coating and was not faulty. Throughout, Bathrooms.com have responded immediately, could not have been more helpful. The delivery service has been equally good and always reliable.

Found company through internet search.Ordered late at night, received confirmation straight away. Very impressed with the P shaped bath, panels and the shower is superb. Excellent quality. Rang to make an enquiry very pleasant and helpful Lady on the end of the line. Very impressed would recommend to anyone.
