Intex Metal Frame Pool

I would deftifently shop around before buying intex. Replacement parts are very hard to find, can only be ordered offline(crazy expensive shipping) poor customer service, after spending 50$ just to get replacement clamp, they sent the wrong one, they wanted me to pay for shipping to ship back(30$) then have to pay shipping again for hopefully right part. I don't like that you can buy replacement parts anywhere having to order them offline is too expensive. I wont buy again

I PUCHASED THIS POOL 2 WEEKS AGO AND WHEN INSTALLING NOTICED PARTS MISSING CALLED INTEX AS DIRECTED AN WAS TOLD I HAD TO FILE A CLAIM. I WAS MISSING A FEW SMALL PLASTIC PARTS I ASKED TO PLEASE JUST SEND THEM AND THE LADY ON THE OTHER END SPOKE VERY BROKEN ENGLISH STATED I MUST FILE A CLAIM. I DID 2 WEEKS AGO AND STILL NO RESPONSE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DON`T STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT. I ENDED UP FINDING THE SMALL PIECES TO FINISH INSTALLING STARTED FILLING WITH WATER GUESS WHAT I HAVE A LEAK!! I DID NOT CALL INTEX DUE TO NO RESPONSE TO FIRST ISSUE. I DIDN`T WANT TO GIVE ANY STARS!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE VERY RUDE AND DON`T CARE!!

Well we bought the 26x52 in and spent all day setting it up. As soon as we filled it a few inches (which took a few hours) we noticed water outside on the tarp in numerous areas. Very frustrating and upsetting. I went and read reviews after the fact and apparently we are not the first ones to have this problem. Taking it down and returning it today.

Last year we purchased an Intex pool from Wal-Mart. We put it up and less than a month later we noticed it wasn't holding water. There was a leak at the bottom seam like it had rotted. We called them and they did warranty it by sending us a new liner which we got back at the end of swimming season. We kept it in the box until the middle of May. We made sure we cleared and flattened the ground. We walked out yesterday and there is a hole in it in the same spot looking like the seam rotted again. My husband called them to talk about it and the lady (who was from the middle east) said that they couldn't do anything about it. He asked to talk to a supervisor and she wouldn't transfer him. He hung up and called again, got the same girl, he asked to be transferred to someone in America and she wouldn't do it. We are very upset because we spent well over $700.00 for the pool and the filtering system. If they can't have someone that is in America talking to us especially when we ask for someone we will NEVER buy anything from them again. It's sad because now we don't know what our kids will do for the summer.
