DanZ Spas Ultimate Spa

Bought a Moonlight hot tub from Danz three years ago. Excellent all round, had one problem after a year(my own fault) but Danz were out within 48 hours to fix it and covered it with their warranty which they didn't have to. Customer service is second to none and I can't recommend the company or product highly enough. Most competitive prices around, yes they might be Chinese tubs, but this means parts are easy to get and not the stupid prices of the more well known brands which tend to be over priced for what they are in comparison. If you want a hot tub you should talk to the nice people at Danz before making up your mind who to buy from.

Best guide giver you don't buy a Chinese's hot tub the one I've had is a constant nightmare and only good for firewood. Should bought a kids paddling pool less money and works about the same as the hot tub I bought for 4k what a waste of money.

The delivery company that Danz uses informed Danz o the day of the delivery that their van had broken down, as i was having the Spa craned over my house, it was imperative that they delivered on that date. I called Danz and they sorted it all out with very little fuss. There was one item missing from the delivery, informed Danz and shipped it out next day.

The follow up support we received from Danz has been second to none, they have provided us with the best possible support, and even just calling us to make sure we were happy.

I cannot recommend Danz enough, the whole process has been very smooth and they made the whole experience very enjoyable.

After plenty of research we chose the Ultimate Spa and have been more than pleased with the choice that we made. We were slightly concerned about spending such a large amount of money online however the staff at DanZ Spa were always honest, helpful and professional. They answered all of our questions and we were kept up to date with the shipping of the hot tub.

The Ultimate Spa is a great product and we have been impressed with all its jets, lights and tv!

We have had a hot tub for a few years now, but when we moved house we left it at our old house. So after a lot of searching and research we bought the ‘Ultimate Spa’ from DanZ Spas. Even though the hot tub was considerably cheaper than many others I looked at, I can confirm it is a fantastic quality spa, and I could not be happier with it! I was initially concerned as it was an online purchase and I was located so far away from the company, but they are at the end of the phone to help with any questions and they even emailed me a demo video to enable me to fix back on a jet cover which had come loose during transportation. The service received from all the staff at DanZ has been brilliant - from the first call to find out more details about the spa, to the aftercare that I have received to rectify some minor set-up issues. They offered to deliver the spa within 2 days of ordering, but unfortunately I was not ready for it, so they found me another delivery slot just 2 weeks later which suited me much better. A really nice touch was the follow up phone call on the day of delivery to check everything was ok before they left the office. If you have the space and you want a hot tub with lots of jets (180 in total) and a selection of different seat types - I would definitely recommend the Ultimate Spa! If you are sceptical about buying such an expensive product online, don’t be in this case – they are only at the end of the phone to resolve any concerns or to answer any questions, and if all else falls they can send you an engineer to resolve any other problems. Don’t miss out on enjoying an amazing spa at a great price just because you can’t see it first!

Goods: Good tub. Good service, great value, a fraction of the price I could buy for somewhere else. The jets were a lot more powerful than I thought they would be for this price.

Bad: Manual was a little bit out of date but I am told they on the case with updating this. DanZ don't have a showroom so you can't see before you buy. I was told they were looking at this but I don't know if it's something they have set up since – also, they give you 7 days to assess the product. You get your money back if your not happy eith it. Hot tub was 3 weeks later than I was told originally but regular updates and communication made up for this.

I would strongly recommend to anything thinking of buying.

One word - a bargain.. Its the cheapest spa I've brought (and I've had 3 in my time) but it's also got better insulation, more jets and more lights than any other spa I have had before. It's not the cheapest thing to run though, it will probably cost £30/£40 per month to maintain based on an evenings use 3 or 4 times a week. DanZ staff have been very helpful and professional. They send you updates during the delivery process to make you have to contact them. I'd certainly recommend them.
