Campbells Condensed Chicken Soup

Campbells asked me to return the soup - which i did. They send special bags to do this but did not pay for postage. The moth had been thrown away by one of my cleaners but the rest of the soup (with brown lumps) was returned to Campbells - also I had taken photos of the insect that were emailed to Campbells. Campblles has since sent a £5 voucher and have not replied to anymore emails or letters.
