I Have Been Eating Jacobs Fig Rolls For Sometime N

I have been eating jacobs fig rolls for sometime now, they are a nice biscuit but lately, for about the last year, i think they have been slightly burnt underneath. If you find the irish jacobs fig rolls, sold under the bolands brand, the fig rolls seem to be cooked perfectly.

I have given jacobs a good 4 stars although crawfords fig rolls found in netto far superior

These Were A Favourite Around My House Growing Up,

these were a favourite around my house growing up, i think they're mostly an adults biscuit as i couldnt stand them as a kid, and whenever my grandmother or aunt offered me a saucer with a variety of biscuits, i either avoided them or if i was hungry enough made do and eat them.

i think they're mostly an adults biscuit and not a lot of kids will enjoy, bit too boring really

Jacob's Really Have Got A Nerve To Serve Up The Ki

Jacob's really have got a nerve to serve up the king of biscuits with such a woefully inadequate filling of figs. If I want a mouthful of pastry and a homeopathic amount of figs I'll go to Gregg's and a quack complementary therapist. If I want a fig roll I'll buy any brand other than Jacob's. Even Sainsbury's, and theirs are pretty grim.

Delicous! Only Trouble Is When Opening The Packet

Delicous! only trouble is when opening the packet, they disappear so fast!

The pastry is just right, crumbly and buttery and melting in your mouth, the filling plentiful, moist and tasty. They are Fig rolls just like the Fig Rolls in days of old. Lets hope that don't decide to do a improved

recipe, and nothing can be better than these.

Note to everyone else, I think Bolands fig rolls are the irish name for Jacobs fig rolls, you can get these nearly anywhere and I can't tell any difference...

Delicious biscuit, right mixture of biscuit and fruit, always moist and very tasty. Also good biscuit to eat if on a diet.

A family favorite for a very long time and disappointed unable to obtain over the last few months.

Crumbly on the outside chewy on the inside. They are absolutely gorgeous! You can't get them in Tesco's as far as I am aware? I am disappointed with the lack of stores that stock these scrumy biscuits. Well recommend Jacobs fig rolls.

Jacob's Fig Rolls - overall I rate the dough used as of a very high calibre.

A perfect score; maybe a little generous, as Fig Rolls do become a little sickly after a while. A very nice biscuit though, and I would recommend them no problem.
