Luxurious Relaxing Stay....
We booked this Red Letter Day as we wanted to spend the day at Brooklands Museum and have a touch of luxury to end the day. We simply couldn't fault it. We recieved a room upgrade to a track facing room over looking Mercedes-Benz World and their test track and skid pan. The hotel itself is immaculate. The room was luxurious, spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly, really helpful and the service was excellent. The bed was beautiful and really comfortable. The hotel food was first class and the buffet breakfast has everything and more! We would certainly recommend this break and are looking to book again shortly because we enjoyed it so much.

Outstanding Customer Service
We stayed there for our 10th wedding anniversary and paid to upgrade to one of their huge suites with a balcony facing the racing track. When we arrived in the room there was a personal message from the manager and a bottle of Prosecco.
We had dinner in the restaurant which was delicious, especially the Chateaubriand. The duck starter was light on duck!
Lovely suite and food but what set this hotel apart was the customer service was seond to none. It's not cheap but good value for the service.

Great Service, Lovely Location, Lovely Relaxing Day
I booked the Brooklands Hotel and Spa for my 40th birthday for myself and a few friends.
The staff were very welcoming, and looked after us very well. We had purchased a package where you get three treatements included in the day price, facial, massage and manicure or pedicure. The treatments were fantastic and very relaxing, and the consultants spoke to you beforehand about what you were looking to get out of each treatment.
Pre spa day, they fitted treatment times round our day, ie some of us had to leave early etc.
The location was good, spa on 3rd floor and could watch the cars racing round Mercedes Benz World from the outside hot tub.
The only downside was that one of us was pregnant, which we had informed them of beforehand, but didn't seem to take this into account or know about it before the treatments went ahead, so one of the massages was not as it should have been.
This is particularly good value for money if you catch one of the deals on Travelzoo!
All in all a lovely relaxing day for my 40th.
