Booked hotel on flexi rate at inflated price. Cancelled at 10.02am on date of arrival. Had reception call at 2.15pm offering us room again which was turned down. Hotel still charged us full price for a 'no show' and refused to resolve amicably. Ended by them having to refund us but only after a month of hassles for us chasing and being passed from person to person. Appalling. What were they doing helping themselves to Our card details and money after cancellation?
