I found the advisor very helpful. She pointed out that PruHealth could end up costing me more in the long-term as they're premiums rise a great deal once you've made a claim. I ended up going with Aviva and she talked me through getting the premium down by changing my hospital preferences and my excess.
My documentation came through quickly and was easy to understand.
