Efficiency & transparency. Helpful & good money value

Everytime when I think of purchasing any insurance I have a horible feeling in dealing with stalking brokers, high prices, hidden terms and costs. Being in need of a comprehensive health insurance I've done a thorough research and most of the times I was disappointed by the offers that I got as well by different brokers that were trying to mislead me and sell me something that I really didn't need. I've applied for a quotation at Chase Templeton and they've contacted me as I wished through e-mail right away. More than that, their approach was friendly, sincere and efficient asking me enough to provide me with a suitable offer. I appreciated that they took into account the fact that I was looking for a convinient price and their offer came as a good value for money, without disregarding the right coverage. Once I've decided over one product they kindly replied to all my questions in a transparent manner. Even if I spoke with several persons in the company, everybody knew my client needs and made everything easier without having to explain everytime what I need. What I appreciate was the fact that they contacted me through e-mail as I wished without having to be with them over the phone at inconvinient hours.
Overall I was happy with their service and I had the feeling that they've sold me something that I needed and not something that will help them to achieve any commercial target for a bonus!!!
