Aviva have been a nightmare since we switched to them. Very difficult to get hold of an operator and now they have cancelled their Saturday and evening service. The biggest problem is that they don't pay their bills - The NHS are taking legal action against me because Aviva haven't paid for the use of an NHS facility despite all paperwork being agreed and Aviva agreeing that they are liable. This firm is bad for your health !
