I found the April staff to be friendly and professional on the telephone. They were informative about what conditions could / could not be included in my new policy. The final thing that clinched it for me was the price whereby I did not have to pay for things that I couldn't claim for anyway. Although I was able to download the key documents from the emails I have since received copies of the large policy and ABI booklets in the post.
