At this stage I'm reviewing the sales process as I've not needed to claim. I contacted April UK seeking a competitive quote for health insurance. In a day when the comparison engines hounded me with phone calls, their consultant was concise, appeared honest, withheld all pressure and made no excuses for a slightly more expensive but all-encompassing price. I took the proposed offer.
