I am not normally impressed but today's call in reference to taking out a health insurance policy with april uk was probably one of the most information and easy transactions I have encountered. I liked that the consultant listened to my and my family's needs, outlined the policy in detail and easy to understand language and additionally I liked that I wasn't made to feel as though I was being 'sold' to - all in all a very pleasant experience and would happily recommend to friends and family. Thank you
