After having my first child in May this year I was finally ready to start getting back into shape! I am now on my 3rd buggy boot camp and loving it. The results of myself and fellow sniper mums has been amazing. The work outs, even though challenging are enjoyable, with constant encouragement from Laura, Chris and mark. They overall have made this experience such a good one for me. I would high recommend sniper boot camps to all my friends and family! #teamsniper

I have only completed 2 Sniper Fitness Bootcamp sessions but am loving it.Mark, Laurs & Chris are very friendly & extremely helpful. Everything is fully explained & they are only an email away to answer any questions. The bootcamp sessions are fab & you get fantastic encouragement & advice. Its not a race & wahtever your fitness ability is you'll fit in. You dont need to b super fit which I aren't but already in the space of 2 sessions my burpees & press ups have improved dramatically. Its fab how a top sniper is awarded each session as I personally feel it motivates me however everyone is deserving as they all work hard & the encouragement from the snipers is amazing. I was really nervous at first however that soon went & I am looking forward to each session I am loving it so much that after 2 sessions I'm already wanting to sign up for another bootcamp in the new year. I have already recommended it to lots of my friends. Massive thanks to Mark, Laura & Chris.

“Fantastic Bootcamp !!!”

I can honestly say that I have found the sniper bootcamps to be the best way to exercise. I have been to Gyms and done various classes for many years but since joining the bootcamp six months ago I have not been back to the gym. The instructors are brilliant and motivate everyone to do well. There are so many different routines on each monthly bootcamp so you never get bored doing the same thing. They have 3 bootcamps to choose from to fit in with your daily life - I chose the morning one as this can be done before work for me, sometimes when it is dark, wet and cold you may not feel like getting up to exercise but believe me once you are there and part of a great team you really are glad you made the effort. They help with your diet and you are weighed and measured before and after each monthly bootcamp so you can see your progress. They also do a fit test at the start of each month and the end so you can see how much you have improved. I would highly recommend Sniper bootcamps - you will soon see what fantastic results can be achieved and most of all enjoy it to !!!

Start my 3rd bootcamp on Tuesday! Not going to lie! It's a killer these 5am starts but is so worth it! Not myself but all my other teamsnipers fitness has improved immensely since starting! I love the feeling of been pushed and the staff all do a fantastic job when your struggling! Every sessions is motivating always sets me up for the day. The online support is a fab idea. I love the fact they treat everyone the same and can help everyone to reach their own goals. I'm all for sniper fitness and think everyone should at least try it. Keep up the fab work guys! Xxx

“The right way to loose weight and get fit! ”

After having twins in may 2012 I was at my heaviest weight and feeling quite low as I have always struggled with my weight. In the past I had been to all the slimming clubs going and done every diet out there but nothing seemed to work. I heard about the first sniper Bootcamp starting in may 2013 and decided to go for it. I was so nervous on the first morning as I didn't no anybody and was embarrassed as I felt so fat and unfit, what had I let myself into I was the girl at school who wrote a note for PE every week to get out of it, I couldn't even run to the end of the street! Well I am just starting my 5th Bootcamp tomorrow and I feel amazing inside and out! My confidence and self esteem has had a boost and I am at my lowest weight and in over 10 years. I have met some amazing people along my journey with sniper boot camps and all the drill sergeants have been nothing but motivational and supportive. I won't lie it is hard getting up at 5am especially when I have 17mth old twins but once I get started I feel great for the rest of the day. I have even been excepted to do the great north run next year, something I thought I would never be able to do. I can not recommend sniper boot camps enough! Don't just think about it sign up you won't regret it!

When i first heard about "boot camp" i had my reservations,the thought of getting up early and exercising in the cold didn't seem like fun,but i thought,why not and i have never looked back!!four boot camps down,im now looking forward to doing my fifth one!The support and encouragement everyone receives is second to none,everyone is treated the same regarding what fitness level you are at.Each session is varied,and you always feel like you have worked hard.Another bonus is you meet new people and are able to follow each others progress through the four weeks.I have lost weight,lost inches and has managed to maintain a healthy weight consistently.I would recommend Sniper boot camps to everyone,whatever age you are.

“Fitness for everyone!”

Being a new mum is hard. Being a new mum and trying to get back into shape is worse. With sleepless nights and never ending groundhog days you can't imagine ever being 'normal' again. I'd been following Sniper Fitness on both Facebook and Twitter for a few months, looking at pictures from daily 'operations' and recruits comments and thought that was the kick up the bottom I needed, but having a newborn and living out of Scaborough, the logistics of working it around that and my partners working hours would be hard. Then I remember seeing a shout out for mums, they were launching Buggy Bootcamps! That was it, I replied, signed up and being on my 3rd bootcamp now, I haven't looked back. It ticks all the boxes for me. Socially, it's nice getting out of the house and meeting new mums, plus mums that have a similar interest in staying fit. It's exercise you can do with your buggy, so you don't have to get a babysitter or wait till your partner is home to go to the gym at stupid o'clock. It's at a reasonable hour, although having a child, no mater how organised you think you are, they'll always be something to stop you being on time.lol The drill sergeants, although doing their job, they're not inhuman and so understand buggy issues etc, we all have good banter. The added bonus of their brilliant website, helps to keep you motivated on rest days and also is a great learning tool with ideas ad receipes to help in all areas ofyour fitness journey. I can't recommend Sniper Fitness enough. New mum, unfit, fit, young and not so young, it fits all. Work to your pace, be pushed a little further and watch your fitness improve in just 4 weeks. “Brilliant Bootcamp..amazing results!!”

I have recently completed my third Sniper Bootcamp and the results have been amazing, I have lost over a stone in weight and my fitness has improved dramatically. My partner also has had amazing results, having not exercised for nearly a year, he lost over 2 stone and again his fitness has improved. So not only have we achieved what we wanted to we have made some new friends as everyone is so supportive of everyone and the instructors are great. They want you to achieve results but they want to make sure you achieve it correctly. There may be times when you are on North Bay in the dark and the rain and think "why am I here, I must be mad" but after 5 mins you forget all about it as you are working so hard and really enjoying yourself. The fit test is quite daunting but when you improve your time (which you will) it makes it all worth it. I cannot recommend Sniper enough, it has been brilliant and looking forward to January. For those who say "I cannot lose weight " join sniper you cannot avoid losing weight!! Keep up the great work guys!! And burpees aren't that bad!!!!

“Couldn't recommend enough”

I signed up to Sniper bootcamp because I couldn't motivate myself to get to the gym enough. I wanted to get fit and wanted to use it to get ready for a 10k run I had entered. By the end not only had my fitness improved but I'd lost numerous cm's which is always a bonus but I took 14 minutes off my previous 10k run time all while meeting some great people. Couldn't be happier. This month I've joined again and I'm bringing my two closest friends with me. We all want to get fitter, lose weight and tone up and we know we will achieve these things on such a friendly and professional bootcamp.

“Amazing Results!”

I joined a sniper bootcamp, with my hubby, to motivate me to lose weight after having 3 children. Joining a gym has never been my thing and with the set times and days I knew I would commit and the ammo pack is great tool. I wasn't prepared for how it made me realise how unfit I was and to start with I left each session wondering what I was doing yet at no point did I ever think about quitting. It took me 11 out of the 12 sessions to finally feel good and smile during the cool down, yet I have signed up to the next bootcamp and intend to do the one after that too. I have dropped a full dress size, feel fitter, happier and healthier and to be honest the way the bootcamps are run are fantastic!! The motivational support is second to none, the diet side is simple and the 'drill sergeants' help you with any difficulties you have keeping on track. The results speak volumes!

“Great new site”

A pal at the gym recommended Sniperfitness.com after seeing one of their YouTube videos. Had a look myself and was impressed with the content, information and ideas available for free. Easy site to navigate around and great to help motivate you before a big session in the gym. Have just order one of their "battle cry" tees as they call them so we will see how their postage and service goes. Will be recommending the site to others as you can never have to many ideas regarding a workout.
