What a rip off

I recently had Botox with sharmii. Having had it various time before elsewhere I have never had to have top ups but the lure of the special offer she was running convinced me to go there.
I went to sunningdale in the evening and she was wasn't there and the salon in darkness I waited 10 mins and she turned up saying oh darling sorry was stuck in London.so I went in to a rather run down and shabby looking salon. It was also freezing in there. After a quick consultation she did the procedure. 10 days later I still had the same lines on forehead I called and spoke to sharmi who said I had to wait 14 days which I did but still no better,she then said to go see her.i did this in the day and again the salon was freezing cold.after topping me up with more she then said it would be another £125 I was outraged but had no choice to pay
What a bad misrepresentation of a medical professional she is. And I would advise anyone seeking good service from her should think twice.
