This is a shop that will provide good service initially, then you will be unable to request specific person to carry out pedicure and manicure.

My family and I were regular customers for the Leg massage (every week) and regular Pedicure and manicure.

After few weeks when we requested the pedicure & manicure, we were told that the usual person would not be able to do the work, as they wanted to utilise their new staff.

This meant that we were used as guinea pigs for the other staff.

As a customer, we are used to certain people and do not like change.

However, the owners were arrogant and refused to make appointment for the person we wanted.

Also, we had one of their vouchers which was in our name, however as we were unable to used it was given to our family member to make use of this voucher. When the family member tried to use the voucher this person was informed that, as the voucher was in the name of a specific person they would not accept the voucher. This was despite the fact that we were told that anyone in the family could use it.

I have purchased a number of vouchers in our names and all the stores have redeemed them, including all the major stores.

Lesson, customer is not important.

Hence Avoid at any cost
