“Appalling Customer Service”

I would not recommend this hair salon to anyone. I was quoted a price for a wash and cut and a wet cut for my daughter. Then when my cut was being done the owner whispered into the ear of the hair dresser who went upstairs to have a private conversation leaving me and my 3 yr old unattended. I was then told the hair style that I was having done would cost an additional £10 including a blow dry due to the amount of hair that I have. I ended up paint £17 more than I was quoted. The owner as smoking upstairs during my 3 year old's haircut and we were all subject to her passive smoke. I felt very uncomfortable that there was such secrecy and unhealthy behaviour. Very disappointed!
