I came into the salon today for a perm with her doubting that my hair wouldn't look the way that I wanted it to due to my past unsatisfactory experiences with perms at other salons, not to mention how damaged and uneven my hair was, but it was a trust the process moment. And so I did, little did I know that this would be the best decision that i've ever made as I personally don't regret coming here not one bit, she knew exactly what she was doing every step of the way from top to bottom as I literally left looking like a brand new version of myself, words can't describe how happy and impressed I am, everyone else involved did an amazing job, staff were super sweet, friendly and kind not to mention the service and the teamwork at this salon which was excellent and unmatched, I would 100% recommend this place for a perm and I will most definitely be coming back here again, Just gained a new loyal customer.
