The woman who runs this salon was very insistent that she new what she was doing with my mixed race hair, in fact she wrecked it leaving upset and with short hair (I had to get my hair recut because she did such a bad job) for months. She charged me £70 for this! When I questioned the price she insisted that it was because she was a proper specialist, she even slated the other hairdressers in the area.

When she was done with my hair I pointed out that it was not what I asked for (I had wanted to wear my hair curly and had repeatedly stated this including bringing several pictures and she straightened it all) and she became very rude and argumentative. I was really shocked but I guess I should've expected it as she had been rude to the young woman she worked with all afternoon. The haircut was uneven too.

I would not recommend anyone go to this hairdresser, she did not listen to me at all and was insistent on doing what she wanted regardless. I have never experienced such bad treatment by a hairdresser. My hair and money were both wasted.
