I am not going to annoying you with all whole story but I have to say that they are a joke. They took £2000 from me last September I didn't even had a surgery because the surgeon cancelled it for some reasons and since I have been tried everything including going in there, court case and still haven't received my money. Really stay away from them but if you reading this don't think that you go away with it and took my money because you will get what you deserve one day soon!!

I booked a apointment for consultation with [name removed] from the London Hair transplant clinic. [Name removed] kept me waiting for after work for over an hour as he said he was running late. When I called him after this time he cut the phone off and on few occassions then decided to answer. He informed me that he was few minutes away. He then arrived a further 30mins later. we were taken into a basement on 1 Harley Street London where he had clearly hired a desk in the very small office. He was actually even sharing someones office and we interupted several times by the owner of the office. There was confidential information of clients on the desk which was shocking. I wanted eyebrow grafts implanted and he said that I can be booked in within two weeks. He informed me that I would receive a quote by post which never arrived. I called him and he never bothered getting back to me. He then sent me a email claiming he had a incorrect postcode. Once he had the correct postcode I waited a further week and nothing was received. He has since not bothered to contact me. I would not trust this person or his company as they can not even keep appointments. This is a reflection what poor service and treatment you can expect. I would not risk getting procedures from this company as they just source other doctors to do the work and take a cut. If you want to look your best then avoid at all costs. Some things can not be put right once gone wrong!
