Global Keratin Treatment

The Hair Go Straight Treatment is guaranteed to make hair smooth and shiny lasting for 4 month straightness effect. Easy to style an frizz free??? what a load of **** had the treatment at my local salon twice as the GLOBAL KERATIN did not work!!! the owner of the salon handled my GLOBAL disaster with a professional attitude and offered me a free wash and blow dry on the house also a second treatment a month later. Nope it did not work the second time either.I have black Asian hair an would describe my hair as not that difficult to handle as my fellow sisters with Afro Caribbean hair so expected a substantial amount of difference. The owner of the salon went back to the GLOBAL KERATIN representative or supplier who said it was down to the straighteners that the salon used (which the owner was not happy with,as her salon is One of the top salon in the City Center and I presume would use the latest straighteners)after spending money on the shampoos and conditioner on top of the expensive treatment ITS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!!!will up date if the Global people can give an answer!!! Not happy :(
