Hi,I recently wrote in regarding not being able to contact Veaudry and their agent regarding a prroblem i had with the straightener i had purchased -turns out that the agent had inadvertantly mixed up the last two digits of her number on my invoice(hence my calls going astray) -I must thank Michelle Veaudry for personally packaging and sending me a replacement as soon as she returned from her business trip-overnight delivery,which is more than can be said with other companies when it comes to servicing their gaurantee policy-Veaudry most certainly goes that extra bit when it comes to the sevicing their clients needs!
