All the GHD straighteners I can find only heat up to 185 degrees. I bought some a few years ago and their max temperature was over 220 degrees. They are for my niece and she is insisting they still make them that hot, despite looking for weeks I still can't find any.  Do they still make them to heat over 200 degrees and if yes, any idea where I can get some?  Thank you in advance.

My son bought his girlfriend GHD 4.2b Jemelia Limited straighteners for Christmas 2013. They have now blown. Can someone tell me who I complain to?
