Work ok but not great

I am a hairdresser but tend to use these straightners more for myself every couple of days. I have now had them for around 2 years or a little more. Yesterday as others have stated my irons started to bleep continously as in going into sleep mode I assume pretty much straight after heating to 200 c. Having read many other reviews that say the same I felt it necessary to add my penny's worth as well. This obviously is a pretty common cause & should be rectified. My previous straightners were Kodo's & these lasted a lot longer & straightened my hair better & lasted longer. When I first purchased these I would & did recommended them but not would not now. Who knows what brand I will buy next.
