All the lights stays on when i put my cloud 9 on, before it was only the selected heat that stayed on. It still works though, but can it cause problems later?

My cloud 9 straightners are making a constant beeping. What can I do please?

Hi, I was using cloud 9 but before some months ago, it became auto off and now I can't use it why? Pls help me get it work. Thanks. Bint Zayed
