The site advertised 360 lace front wigs and fast shipping.. it took at least three weeks to arrive and the wigs I received was some cheap low density shedding small no lace wigs shipped out of China. Don’t waste your time or money... The pictures are fake and the customer service is terrible

I ordered hair extentions from skr hair. The only good point about this whole experience I suppose was that they were delivered pretty quickly. However I received the wrong colour, no email conformation upon order placement either. I then emailed them to let them know that they had sent the wrong colour they took over a week to reply and expected me to pay more money to return the incorrect item...I would not order from them again due to the lack of communication. Can't say much about the extentions themselves as I can't use them and I'm not going to attempt to waste more money by correcting the colour.

Worst customer service ever the hair was terrible after about three months. Most of the good reviews you see on here are reviews from people who just received their hair extensions after a while they are disgusting. they burn on your hair straightener, indicating that they have some synthetic hair mixed in. in They become hard to brush after about 3 washes they're done and pretty much useless. Not to mention how much they shed.. Its ridiculous and a waste of money. I would not recommend this to anyone please don't buy it's a waste of money. Get bellami hair they have the best hair extensions and for about the same price as SKR but they're just WAY better quality

This has been my second time ordering extensions from skr hair . my first time was last year and i remember LOVING THEM . But after my first set of skr hair i bought some Luxy hair extensions which i remember hating them the quality was horrible i did not like anything about them , after the luxy i bought some Hairareus extensions which i also remember loving , the only problem with those where that they where not thick at all, they were very thin for my hair , considering the fact i have really thick hair , but the quality itself was amazing . after the hairareus extensions i decided to go back to skr hairextensions cause i remembered loving them , first off , my extensions took probably a month to arrive , i never got my confirmation email until a week after i ordered them . when i FINALY received my hair extensions after a month of ordering them the quality seemed different since the very first time i ordered skr hair. the length and thickness where awesome ,i only wore 5 of the 10 wefts in my hair , i did notice some strands of like white strings mixed in with the extensions that was kinda odd , but they were so soft and blended in with my hair perfectly , i wear extensions everyday there is not one day i dont go without putting them in , i didnt put much heat to them neither i always wear my extensions straight . after probably a week or 2 of wearing them , they werent as soft anymore and felt kind of dried out i did not even put heat on them ,that made me really concered about the quality . i decided to switch to the other 5 wefts i did not wear and again they were very soft and blendable at first but after 2 weeks they felt dry and no heat was even put on them . i decided to wash my extensions to see if maybe that would give them a little more moisture. after i washed them they were even moreeeeeee dry it was crazy after that they would tangle up like crazy it was sheding so much , to this day , its been probably 4 months and they are HALF the length they were,they always tangle i need to keep a brush with me a all times cause they get matted , they are so dry . i hate them so much , after these are completely unmanagable i will look for better extensions . plus their customer service is also THE WORST . save your money !!!! dont spend it on this horse hair !

I ordered my SKR extensions a few months ago in dark brown. The picture online was the same color as my hair, but when they arrived they were MUCH lighter than the picture. So since they claim to be 100% human hair I did color them, which they say is ok to do on the website. I am a licsenced hairstylist and used the least damaging color possible. They were AWFUL. I cant wear them for 5 minutes without them clumping up and it looks more like I have dreadlocks than extensions. I went on SKRs instagtam and left a comment on one of the pictures asking how I could stop them from clumping up, and they deleted my comment within an hour. I wrote to customer service, they never got back to me. SAVE YOUR MONEY. Terrible hair, terrible customer service.

So my extensions took a long time to come. I was very pleased with jet black extensions I received in December. Now that it is getting warmer out, I decided to color them (as the website said I can do). But, they would not take, because they are not virgin hair. I am VERY upset that skr advertises that the hair they provide can be colored- leading one to think it is virgin hair when it in fact CAN NOT BE COLORED. I think it's extremely misleading! My hair turned to a muddy grey/green color!! They are ruined! You can buy sallys extensions and color them! And I would have to agree with some of the other reviewers, THIS IS NOT ALL Human HAIR. I am a cosmetologist, I know. I can't exactly tell you what kind of synthetic it is because it tolerates heat well, but it has strands of red thread going through it, or green thread, just like on cheap mannequin heads. I enjoy the thickness of them but if they can't last long and change with me as I change my hair they are worthless. That is a lot of money to waste people! DON'T BUY THESE!! I contacted skr in regards to this and they have not been helpful at all! Their reply was that they do not advertise virgin hair, just that the hair can be coloured. Horrible customer service. I thought the least I could do would be to spare someone else the hassle of dealing with 5 his company! !

I purchased 18" chestnut brown clip in extensions because I heard so much good about skr but when I went in the website I noticed prices went down, sounds like a good thing right? Nope, prices and quality went down, as soon as I washed then the texture completely changed, it wasn't as soft and it did not feel like real human hair at all, there's even weird black plastic feeling pieces mixed all through the hair. I contacted skr but they told me they are not responsible because I dyed them but I used Vegan dye with no developer !! Vegan dye has never damaged my own hair in any way so I know that is just an excuse, I can't believe I paid so much for horse hair!
