Unprofessional Pareto

I would not recommend this place to anyone. My telephone recruiter was nice but clearly angling for commission. The telephone recruiter was probably the only decent thing about Pareto.

The assessment day was just ridiculous. The group exercises are not worthy indicators of a graduates skill and capability for sales. The provided food was awful and probably worth about £30 in total for 50 people.

The worst part for me was the 3 minute presentation where the assessor did not give any eye contact.

All the staff are too young and not professional at all and spend 2 hours bragging about their lives.

I have failed at other graduate job application processes including assessment centres however the experience at Pareto was so bad that I felt compelled to write this review to reflect on my bad experience at this awful company.
