Don't understand these negative reviews!

I have a Powaglide PG-05 with a Lithium Battery which I purchased in April 2016. It broke down the first time I used it but Powaglide came out to my golf club, took the buggy away repaired it and brought it back the same evening. What better service do you want? My wife and I use the buggy 4 times a week on a course which isn't really designed for buggies (no buggy paths) but my PG-05 copes very well with the undulating terrain.The powerful Lithium Battery would do 36 holes with ease. A few minor hiccups over the last 12 months but when I called Powaglide they explained how to resolve. Excellent after sales service. The buggy is the envy of many of my friends.
