DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Absolute disgrace of a company, ordered and paid for 2 Xmas cardholders on 23rd Oct! Money taken immediately for stock they obviously never even had!! Had email saying hermes would be delivering (by the way hermes have never had the parcel) clearly my goods never left the warehouse at all! Have sent proof of this to studio and got nowhere with the, studio demanding they do a '30 day investigation' which is now up & still no closer to receiving goods or receiving a refund! Absolute disgusting treatment, blatantly ignoring my emails now! Absolutely fuming with them! Incompetent from the start and I can't believe they are being allowed to treat customers this way and getting away with it over and over again! As if this year hasn't been bad enough for people without this company treating people like dirt! I order all the time online and have never received such disgraceful treatment from any other company anywhere!
