my account was hacked as well and a massive order made to a different address but they didnt flag it up. I had to sort it out. closing account when investigation complete.

Same has happened to mine. Delivery address over 500 miles away from where I am . Have reported it , no response yet from studio.

still waiting for studio security to contact me after filling out a complaint - terrible customer service, I have been waiting over a month now, with no reply., although the order appears to have been cancelled.

How did you cancel the order? Mine has no option to cancel as I've also been hacked. Phone lines are not open and I've sent an email. What utter nonsense this is
