Freemans catalogue has been using very poor quality materials for their items for the last year or so, but charge as if for quality. This is to cover their free postage. Their customer service operators are suffering from a lack of courtesy, unlike their operatives many years back, and Freemans do not appreciate the loyalty of their customers who have shopped for them for 25+, unlike their competitors.

I would definately not recommend them to a friend due to poor quality items, a bad choice of clothing which are over-priced.
