Ordered 24/11/2017. Wrong colour. Replaced with wrong size. Refund doesn't materialize.
1st call to help line - once I managed to get through! - seemed helpful. Replacement to be sent. Replacement wrong size. 2nd torturous call to helpline transpires item requested out of stock! Refund agreed. e mails to help line go without response. Refund of payment taken 2 days after ordered still awaited 05/01/2018.
Send wrong item then ignore correspondence so that they hang on to your cash.
Do not shop here.
