Hello; can aynone say which bank Daligas is currently using for the direct debit? I can’t find this on the website...

Daligas website seems to be down and I can't give them a reading. Are others having the same problem?

Back on - it went missing for a number of hours - frustrating when I wanted to enter gas reading!

My father has been trying to swap to Daligas since November 2013. Despite endless phone calls and emails the switch still has not happened. Why is this?

Daligas have been very elusive. Although since posting my question a DD form was emailed to him. His 3rd from daligas! We also had problem with British Gas as they had my father's MPRN number down for 3 different addresses! My father is 88 these 7 months of phone calls have really worn him down. It would have been nice if Daligas had actually done something instead of leaving all the chasing to us
