During cold spell of last week, we had a power cut for a few hours which affected out streets back and front. When power was restored the boiler failed to function. Without heating and hot water very cold , and miserable, called British Gas engineer he found the circuit was gone. As soon as he got the part he fixed it. When I think of the cost of the part and labour I must say the engineer did an excellent job. Very grateful!, I have been a British Gas customer for a very long time and their service and value for money excell small complaints I hear from other customers.
