I feel cheated by Edecks. The composite decking they sold me curled just after 10 months from installation. The excuse they have given me is petty and unreasonable (20 brackets instead of 17). On the 2 months process, no one from customer services called. It has been an appalling experience and I want my money back. Has anyone has had a similar bad experience and would like to take action? The more of us, the more they would listen. Thank you

My decking from edecks has been down for just under a year and has no twist in the boards, handrail or spindles. It was a deck for flat ground but i had to mount to a timber sub frame and sail it out over a bank, so all boards are double screwed to all joists.
Still very pleased with the decking and still believe it to be good value for money even with the extra material costs for a 4m×4.5m deck

I have had decking from edecks and so have other members of my family... We have never had an issue...I have had many different orders arrive from edecks And and to be fair I can't fault anything I have had. Did you install the decking yourself???

Word for word we are having the very same issue, and their excuse are the clips and we did not follow the instructions (which really annoyed our highly skilled joiners) after which they seem to have stopped repling to us now.......The answers below are not composite decking if they are screwed into all joists and the fact they have handrail and spindles? Are you talking of composite decking?
