So.. where to begin. £1200 order for 2 Gazebo's and HotTub Decking... Delivery came with a few days and on time with there estimate. Perfect.... But when the delivery driver drives off with the only 8 posts to support the entire job I got left stranded. So raised a support ticket within 48 hours of delivery as stated on the delivery note. 3rd day of no results, no resolution. Phoned there customer support number the free mobile friendly one (So you dont have to pay there rubbish money 08 number..) and twice left an answer phone message. Still no call back.

Ordered redwood decking Monday was delivered Wednesday morning, good prices for decent product considering all other main sources were out of stock for most cut lengths that I required.

Have ordered two consecutive orders from edecks, unbeatable value for money and prompt delivery, the decking is good quality and looks superb

Ordered decking for event was promised delivery for Friday, shipment sent to wrong location. No information or tracking untill I called shipping agent myself to find out. Called edecks twice was told it would be delivered. Second time was told was too late in the day to do anything!

Ordered these boards and specifically ordered the smooth boards.. I received a mix of smooth boards and boards that were smooth on one side and ribbed on the other. I made do and the end product is beautiful. I not sure why I didn’t receive the correct boards tho. I then made the exact same product order but for a smaller project.. same problem! Again I just made do. Their speed of delivery is exceptional and the product seems and certainly looks beautiful. However, a bit more care should be taken by the warehouse guys to make sure they send the correct product.. as it’s not cheap. I’m delighted how it looks tho

Customer service was excellent. Not impressed with the spaces provided as all cut to different lengths. No pins provided for spaces. Services with delivery qas good. Would like to have been informed that pins were not included. Had loads of spaces left over and other parts even though measurements given to the person quoting me on what I required.

It is the 2nd time I have ordered from eDecks I shopped around but came back to these wonderful people price is very good and delivery was very prompt, what’s not to like I am putting my decking kit up at the moment I am very pleased.

I found the site easy to navigate. I called and spoke to a member of the team, who was friendly and professional. I placed an order for 3 balau reed decking boards which arrived as scheduled. Was impressed to begin with but after spending over £3400 on Balau hardwood boards that have warped within a few weeks of fitting. It seems that what ever i have answered the reply has swerved the issue. In the end was offered a paltry 5% discount on future orders. Very disappointed

From finding Edecks online to putting our order in online, the wood we ordered was delivered within two days. This was very simple, the website ordering was easy to use and you weren't duped into buying then told after you had paid your money that the item you ordered was out of stock and you had to wait for two weeks. This was order in and delivery with in two days. You can't ask for more than that. Would definately recommend and will most certainly be using again. Thank you.

First time I’ve used e.decks for Onduline roof sheets & fixings. Excellent service initially on the telephonde, straightforward ordering process & items were delivered on time with no problems. Will definitely use again.
