Glad I ignored the other reviews

After reading the other reviews on this company I almost didn't buy our garden furniture set from them, but it was the only place that sold the set we really wanted. We ordered the set and received the confirmation email straight away. After 8 weeks I rang them just to check on the status of my order. They answered the phone quickly and told me when the set would be coming into the country. 2 weeks later they called and asked when I could take delivery for my item. It was originally booked in for a Friday but there was an issue with the delivery date due to a road accident. I was phoned and had the situation explained to me. Delivery was rescheduled for Saturday. Unfortunately the delivery did not arrive on the Saturday, but when I rang up first thing Monday morning they were incredibly apologetic and helpful, and said that they would get straight on to the courier to find our what happened. Within an hour I was called by the courier to apologise and explain that there had been a miscommunication between the two companies, but that my delivery would be with me by mid afternoon the same day. It turned up as promised, in perfect condition and is now sitting looking beautiful in my back garden. We're really pleased with it and it was worth waiting for the product to become available. I often think that every company can be unhelpful if they choose to be, but the way a customer is prepared to deal with them can make a massive difference. No problems at all dealing with them from my experience.
