“Rip Off and Poor Customer Service”

Shop was not laid out well, with products strewn across tables and over floor. Staff were unhelpful and did not check in the back for more stock. Toilets were filthy and coffee was cold. Cost for all this was extortionate, and just not worth the trip. Kids didn't fancy their meal either and restarant was dirty and tables were not cleared.
