My delivery was delayed because an item was not in stock- fair enough. When ready for dispatch they asked what day I would like it delivering on (very good). When delivered only one item was delivered- the item that had not been in stock. The other items were not dispatched, they were still in London. So a day off work wasted.
I complained. They agreed to deliver on a Saturday at no extra charge. I checked on the Friday that the item was going to be delivered on the Saturday. They assured me it was. Come Saturday, no Tracking advice from the courier, so I call them. Apparently Capital Gardens had given the Couriers clear instructions to deliver on the Monday. Apalling. So I have to take another day off work. It would have been quicker and cheaper to drive to London and collect the items in person.
I would never order anything from them again.
